“I have been teaching Yoga in Pune since 2011. What started as a process of self-discovery then, has today, become a way for me to touch lives. I believe in spreading joy, being thankful & being free of judgement. These beliefs guide my teaching & practice. Through my classes and interactions, I hope to inspire people to live a life that’s simple and true. My classes are based on increasing strength, mobility & stamina, but more importantly I aim to make sure my students are all geared up for their day."
