Strength, Joint Mobility & Stamina
Our group classes are for everyone, irrespective of age, fitness level or experience. Every student is attended to and every student is urged to progress through class at their own pace.
Typically, a 60 minutes session includes Asana practice, Pranayama and Meditation. Our aim through it is to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, power and focus in our students.
While a majority of our group sessions are taken in studios and gyms, we also have sessions in corporate and sport institutions, customized to their own specific needs.
1 ON 1 SESSIONS
Yoga was traditionally taught in a 1 to 1 ratio, i.e. 1 teacher with 1 student. Through this practice, our ancient teachers were able to help their students experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.
This holds true even today. Personal yoga sessions are the best way to address your goals, deepen your practice, gain confidence and work on areas of your interest. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, destress, lose weight, tone up or even rehabilitate an injury, your teacher will tailor your class as per your requirements.
This program is very close to our hearts. It is tailor made for mothers-to-be, to prepare them for the physical stress they will go through in the coming months and to equip them mentally and emotionally, so that in the process providing the best for their baby, they themselves don’t forget to enjoy the journey through pregnancy.
We will take expecting mothers through exercises to strengthen and relax their bodies and calm their souls. In the process, what we aim to do is to help them connect with the little bundle of joy they carry within them.
Prenatal yoga can be started as early as 3 months into pregnancy or as per your doctor’s prescription.
HAPPY LITTLE YOGIS
Happy Little Yogis classes are interactive, fun & dynamic which includes games, stories, music, a lot of action and movement in the class. Kids will have loads of fun (keeping in mind the safety aspect of each child).

This workshop gives employees an understanding about Yoga and its benefits. We empower them with quick and simple tips and exercises that they can practice on their own to unwind for a little while or whenever they need. This will be an interactive workshop making sure each participant leaves the session with maximum learning.
60 minutes – Yoga Sessions
These are similar to our Studio sessions and are carried out at your company location
20-minutes Desktop Yoga workshop
This is a Workshop conducted for smaller groups at their desktops. It covers the asanas that one can practice at their desk before, after or during work.
